Marketing margins to improve as crude falls

According to analysts, marketing margins on Diesel is around negative Rs 11-12/ltr and on Petrol its is around positive Rs 2-4/ltr

Given the sharp correction in crude, this could likely to improve to Rs -8/ltr and Rs 9/ltr over the next fortnight

Also, Singapore GRMs have improved to $8/bbl

GAIL In Focus

GAIL has a total RLNG portfolio of 14 MMTPA out of which 2.5 MMTPA is contracted with Gazprom

Total of 8 cargoes have not been supplied as yet by Gazprom out of a total of 36 contracted cargoes due for the year

There would be three-pronged impact on GAIL:

Transmission segment: Lower volume flows through the pipeline because of reduced availability

Marketing segment: lower volumes available for supply on the marketing side

DLF is looking at a bid for a New Delhi shopping mall with a starting price of $366m.

“Ambience Mall” is up for auction after Ambience Group, its current owner, failed to pay its debt of $149m to Indiabulls Housing Finance and other creditors.

DLF will review the data and consider whether or not to bid on it.
