Inox wind(up 7.59%), ADANIGREEN(up 7.10%), Inox Wind Energy(up 6.58%), NLC India(up 6.16%), Adani Energy Solutions(up 5.14%), Karma Energy(up 4.97%), Adani Power(up 4.94%), Orient Green Power Company(up 3.84%), Kalpataru Projects International(up 3.81%) and Indowind Energy Ltd.(up 3.63%) were among the top gainers.
Power & Instrumentation(Gujarat)(down 1.68%) and Alstom T&D India(down 0.80%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 261.6 points up at 20529.5, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 889.69 points at 68370.88 at around 10:44AM.
Adani Enterprises Ltd.(up 6.03%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(up 4.6%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 4.6%), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(up 4.0%), Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(up 3.34%), State Bank of India(up 3.18%), Coal India Ltd.(up 3.12%), NTPC Ltd.(up 2.77%), ICICI Bank Ltd.(up 2.59%) and Bharti Airtel Ltd.(up 2.15%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(down 0.85%), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(down 0.7%), Britannia Industries Ltd.(down 0.69%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.(down 0.39%), LTIMindtree Ltd.(down 0.23%), Nestle India Ltd.(down 0.1%), Axis Bank Ltd.(down 0.04%) and HCL Technologies Ltd.(down 0.03%) were trading in the red.
